When Metro Coastlines was brought in to replace the Blackpool Transport branding in 2003 she was repainted into the original "pool" livery of mustard, yellow and black being changed to the "new pool" livery of the black and yellow livery she is currently in. 589 is our surrogate 3rd bus and was bought for preservation in 2008 by Alan who is a share holder in our group and has restored it to its original "Handybus" livery. Alan kindly allows us to use his bus to go to rallies etc and we will be helping him with repairs and work on the bus.
